Shana’s practice includes residential real estate transactions, Wills and Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, business incorporations, including professional corporations, and notary services.
She is committed to providing careful legal work, straightforward explanations, and direct and dependable communication throughout each matter.
Tabatha McKibbon works with Nobari Law Professional Corporation as a law clerk. She graduated from the Law Clerk program at Georgian College in 2020.
Tabatha supports the firm with file organization, client communication, and the coordination of documents and appointments under the supervision of Shana Nobari. She helps ensure that clients receive organized and responsive support throughout their matters.

Thomas “Tom” Cooke has practised law in Keswick since 1986. His experience includes residential real estate transactions, Wills and Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and criminal defence. Earlier in his career, Tom spent 11 years as a prosecutor for the Government of Canada.
